Chelsea and Manchester United YouTubers react to a 2-0 at Stamford Bridge

Rogers dinked it, Martinez saw red, Palmer scored the penalty. Chelsea's rooms want Estêvão in the team for good; United's rooms want to know who is in charge tomorrow.

Chelsea and Manchester United YouTubers react to a 2-0 at Stamford Bridge

Chelsea beat ten-man Manchester United 2-0 in the Premier League at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, and the fan YouTubers on both sides came away with very different afternoons. Morgan Rogers ran through United's defence and chipped Senne Lammens five minutes after half-time. Lisandro Martinez was then booked twice in the space of a few minutes, the second for an arm in Wesley Fofana's face from a corner after a VAR check, and Cole Palmer scored the penalty. Sky Sports says it leaves United nine games without a win in all competitions, their longest run since 1984, and a point above the relegation zone. Chelsea move up to fourth.

United were the better side in the first half. That is the bit their rooms cannot get past.

Chelsea's rooms: Lavia runs it, Rogers dinks it

The Stamford Sync gives his man of the match to Romeo Lavia, not the goalscorer, and points out that Lavia won the ball back for Rogers' goal. He's more pleased that Lavia lasted the full game again: "The mental block is gone." He still enjoyed the finish, though: "The audacity, the sheer audacity of chipping a Man United keeper." He calls it a "controlled mature performance", which is not a phrase Chelsea fans have used much since the 2-0 home defeat by Spurs.

The CFCFanTV fan cam outside the ground is less forgiving about the first half. "We were lucky," he says, and he names Amad's two chances. Then he gets to his real point, which is Estêvão Willian. The Stamford Sync has it down as his first Premier League start under Xabi Alonso. Two of Estêvão's goals were ruled out for offside, and CFCFanTV wants him in the team for good. "Estêvão is in my 11," he says, because "when he gets on the ball, the fans start to stand up."

Manchester United's rooms: a good half, then Martinez

At Stretford Paddock, Jay and Joe reckon United had the game there for the taking at half-time. Then came "one moment of just ineptitude and then another moment of madness." They go through the Martinez sequence in full: the shirt-pull, the kick, then a header he went for facing the wrong way, "elbow first into someone's face." By their count, United have scored no more than one goal in a game since the start of October.

SaeedTV opens with "I'm tired. I'm really, really tired," and then gets angrier. "We should have buried them in the first half," he says, and he puts the fair score at 3-1 to United. Then comes the line he wants everyone to hear: "we're in a relegation battle." About the second half he asks: "Why have you come out like cowards?"

HollyCashin doesn't have the energy to rant. "Nine games without a win now," she says. "I literally am at a blank point." She calls it "the lowest point of my support for this club since I was born", calls Martinez "a liability", and has one question for the morning: "It cannot be Carrick, can it?"

Michael Carrick: the question every United room ends on

UnitedStand doesn't hide its answer. The title of Mark Goldbridge's match reaction is "Carrick has to go". It went up straight after full time and had no captions when we checked, so we're not quoting him. You can still guess how it goes.

That's the split in the United rooms. Sky reports that Carrick got another positive reception from the away fans at full time. Several channels save their harshest words for the players, Martinez first, not long after he called out the board in Madrid. Chelsea's rooms got a clean sheet, a Lavia they can trust and one more argument for starting Estêvão. United's got another first half that came to nothing.
