Coventry and Newcastle YouTubers react to a 4-1 at the CBS Arena

Coventry's first Premier League home win in 25 years. Newcastle Fans TV rant from inside the CBS Arena, BinksNUFC and The Magpie Channel TV call it shameful, and Sky Blue Fans TV plus SBATV are still bouncing.

Monday night under the Sky cameras, and Coventry did something they had not done in a Premier League home game since 2001. They won. Properly. 4-1. Jack Rudoni buried a sixth-minute penalty after Lukas Horníček hauled down Sidiki Cherif, Cherif made it 2-0 right after the break, Sven Botman smashed one in from distance on 70 to give Newcastle a sniff, then Ellis Simms and Stephen Mfuni — both off the bench — slammed the door shut on 81 and 86.

Frank Lampard's side are out of the bottom three and up to 14th, level on points with Manchester United. Matthias Jaissle's Magpies stay 11th on eight points from six and, per BBC Sport, missed a chance to go fourth. It is also their second straight 4-1 away thrashing after Leeds. The preview asked whether three weeks off would kill Coventry's Forest momentum or give Jaissle his bodies back. Tuesday morning has an answer, and it is not the one Newcastle rooms wanted.

Inside the arena, after the damage

Newcastle Fans TV did not wait for the train home. Lee's rant is titled from inside the CBS Arena as Coventry "destroy a sorry Newcastle 4-1", and that is the scene that opens this pile: travelling support, floodlights still on, and a Magpies channel filming the hangover before the players have left the pitch. Jaissle told Sky Sports afterwards the dressing room was frustrated and that they could "only apologise to the fans that took the journey." The away rooms heard him. They just are not ready to forgive yet.

Absolutely shocking

BinksNUFC went straight to caps-lock. *ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!* Coventry 4-1 Newcastle Rant. Same channel also dropped player ratings and a short with the same scoreline in the title, so this is not one clip and done — it is a full Monday night dump from a Magpies directory regular. When a Newcastle channel needs three uploads to process one scoreline, you know which way the night went.

Bottled fourth

The Magpie Channel TV put the table argument in the title: EMBARRASSING! Toon BOTTLE Chance To Go 4th!! Coventry 4-1 Newcastle. That is the BBC line in fan language. Win and Newcastle are looking up. Lose like this and you are still 11th, explaining a second consecutive 4-1 away defeat, and watching a promoted side celebrate their first home top-flight win in a quarter of a century. NUFC Talk TV went live with "THRASHATHON!" and The Toon Review called it "SHAMEFUL!!" — same temperature, different microphones.

Hang your heads

GallowgateShots titled the reaction Hang Your Heads In Shame, which is about as gentle as the Newcastle directory got overnight. The Toon Zone took the calmer route with a tactical breakdown — Coventry vs Newcastle: What Went Wrong? — after spending the build-up scouting Lampard's back three. That scout tape from the preview week aged in the worst way: the wide overloads and direct balls they flagged are exactly what tore Newcastle open.

Sky Blue podcast night

Flip the room. Sky Blue Fans TV went live with the Newcastle (H) reaction podcast, the same channel that sat down with Loaded Mag NUFC before kick-off when nobody outside Coventry was tipping a statement win. First Premier League home win in 25 years. Back-to-back league wins after Forest. You can guess what that show sounded like at half eleven on a Monday.

A statement, not a smash-and-grab

SBATV - Coventry City Fans went full banner: COVENTRY CITY 4-1 NEWCASTLE UNITED! WHAT A STATEMENT FROM THE SKY BLUES! They followed it with LiterallyIsaaac asking when Newcastle were turning up, then a morning-after Funny Francis clip still riding the same scoreline. YourMateLee kept it shorter and colder — Coventry City Batter Newcastle United 4-1 — and already pivoted to Spurs next. That is what a good night looks like in a promoted club's directory: celebrate, then check the fixture list while you are still smiling.

The argument

Was this Coventry announcing they belong, or Newcastle reminding everyone the takeover glow does not travel on a Monday? Both rooms have their tape. The Sky Blue end has a 25-year wait ended, two substitutes on the scoresheet, and a climb out of the bottom three. The Magpies end has another 4-1 away, an apology from the manager, and a bottled shot at the top four. Jaissle asked for analysis. The directory already did it for him overnight — one side calling it a statement, the other calling it a shame.
