Chelsea and Manchester United YouTubers preview Saturday at Stamford Bridge

Chelsea are a centre-back down and still waiting on Estevao. United are eight games without a win, with Bruno back in the team and at least one fan channel on the deluded train.

Chelsea and Manchester United YouTubers preview Saturday at Stamford Bridge

Chelsea host Manchester United in the Premier League at Stamford Bridge on Saturday at 12.30pm GMT, and the fan YouTubers on both sides are previewing it after a bad week. Chelsea lost 2-0 at home to Spurs last Saturday, then went out of the Carabao Cup on penalties at Anfield on Wednesday. Manchester United lost 3-0 at home to Bournemouth and, BBC Sport notes, are eight games without a win. Six channels have previewed it so you don't have to.

The team news is mostly Chelsea's. Xabi Alonso said on Friday that Maxence Lacroix, who limped off at Anfield, will be "a few weeks out" and is not expected back before the international break. Cole Palmer returns from his suspension for the red card against Spurs. Asked about Estêvão Willian, Alonso said: "Yeah, sure, he will play." He didn't say when. For United, Michael Carrick says Bruno Fernandes is "fully committed" and stays captain, and The Athletic reports he is set to start after the pair cleared the air.

Chelsea's rooms: Lacroix out, Palmer back, Estêvão waiting

TalkinChelsea sets the tone before any football is discussed: "I dread early kickoffs, man." He thought Wednesday, with Palmer suspended, was Estêvão's chance. "He got no minutes." His call is a Chelsea win and a clean sheet, on the grounds that United "have just circling the drain, mate." He admits Chelsea will probably be "a horror watch" too.

The Stamford Sync goes further and picks a new striker. He calls it "a bit of a rogue shout", but he wants Emmanuel Emegha to start ahead of Danny Welbeck. "He's pacy," he says. "He is big and strong." He also admits the evidence is thin: "we've only seen 20 minutes of him at Chelsea." A hunch with a highlights reel.

Stamford Bridge: the fixture nobody trusts

The CFCFanTV panel is less sure that United's slump is good news. "United's always a tighter game," one of them says, and the Spurs defeat is still fresh: "there's an element of Spurs, I guess, in the back of my head." They're also keeping count on Estêvão. By their figures, "He's played 47 minutes of football in the Premier League this season." And they warn that Palmer's record against the traditional big six "doesn't make for particularly good reading", hat-trick against United aside.

The worry runs both ways. At Stretford Paddock, Jay calls United's record at the Bridge "woeful" and last season's win there "a bit of an outlier". Sky Sports' Danyal Khan confirms the Carrick and Bruno talks happened at Carrington, then adds: "that is not me saying they're best friends now." Later in the same video they consider what another heavy defeat would mean for Carrick: "that position seems untenable".

Manchester United's rooms: the deluded train

Webby & O'Neill have decided to be optimistic on a timer. If Carrick believes the players are hungry, one host says, "then for 24 hours I'm going along with it because I'm happy there's a game." He calls it the deluded train and buys a ticket. His prediction is a 3-1 United win, which is bold given his view of the Bournemouth game: "we should have been beat 6-nil." His co-host goes 2-2. By the end of the video, 57% of their live poll had gone for a Chelsea win.

KGRecklessSport brought in Chelsea fan Matisse Armani, and the United side of the table made Chelsea's case for him. "Our thing is dark and this is why you have to be licking your lips for a game like this." The Chelsea side turns down the title talk: "I don't think we're in the conversation." Matisse still goes 2-0. KG's own call is gloomier: "We're going to lose 3-0 to Chelsea."

The argument: Chelsea's wobble or United's slump?

On Chelsea's side, TalkinChelsea has a clean sheet and a win, and Matisse has 2-0. United's side gives you everything. Webby & O'Neill have 3-1 to United, KG has 3-0 to Chelsea, and the 2-2 sits in the middle.

The case for Chelsea is that they're at home and they're not United. The case for United is that Chelsea haven't won in two and Bruno is back. Both slumps can't survive Saturday lunchtime. One set of rooms gets its week back. The other is stuck on the deluded train.
